You Can Hear the Lord

John 10:27 - 29

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

Not Forsaken

Luke 10: 38 - 42

Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word. But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me. And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.

God's Mighty Power

Years ago when I was in the sixth grade, a woman by the name of Mrs. Yoder, would come and visit my classroom. She would use her flannel board to tell us bible stories. I did not know that they were not stories, but testimonies of the Power of God that worked in men and women's lives. That same Power of God works today in men and women's lives as well when we believe on the Lord Jesus ,and believe what he accomplished in the death, burial, and resurrection..... which is the gospel.
